The positions will be part-time to start, but knock our socks off and show passion for the job and we’ll happily move you up to full-time hours. There is also the option to become a key holder, which comes with raise eligibility. Make it through your three month probation and you’ll also be eligible for our profit share program, which can offer a nice bonus each month.
Due to the nature of the business, late evenings and weekends are a MUST for availability. You must also have your own vehicle or use Uber to get you to and from work. You will be working until 1:30AM at times and public transit does not operate that late – we don’t want to keep your folks up until all hours of the night. 🙂
Job Description:
As a Game Master, you are the players guide in the escape room experience they’re about to enter. You’re a storyteller and trusted guide providing hints throughout their experience in the room. You will be responsible for game setup, taking reservations, processing payments, posting funny daily memes, keeping the facility clean and sanitized, and taking fabulous group photos and overall providing an amazing experience for our customers. If you check out our online reviews, you’ll see how much of an impact our team has on the player experience.
* For anyone with allergies: we use commercial cleaners constantly to sanitize, and one of our themes has hay on the floor, which you will be required to reset. Escapees vary in age and it can get very loud with excitement here! Please consider this when applying.
